REDUCING FRICTION:

During braking, the fork structure undergoes deformations (ovalization) that increase friction. The friction of the fork, with the original bushings and oil seal, is high especially at the beginning of the movement. This occurs due to the phenomenon of sticking of the surfaces. BITUBO selects the best sliding bushings inserted in ergal seats designed to reduce the friction surfaces during ovalization. Performance is brought to the highest levels by combining gaskets with a low friction coefficient. The only turnkey product to avoid the imprecision of handmade. The KIT S (lower bushings) is developed to increase the smoothness of the fork because it drastically reduces this value, improving smoothness, as the fork sliding speed increases.
